The studio is situated near the centre and it's very close to the beach.
The apt is on the ground floor.
It has got a fitted kitchen, an air-conditioner and there is a shower cabin in the bathroom. 

The town of Pomorie is situated some 11 km north of the center of the regional city of Burgas and only 7 km away from the international airport. The beach line is 7 km long and it includes 3 differentiated beaches. The average annual sunshine here is the longest and can reach up to 2360 hours a year. As the town is situated on a peninsula, 2 km cut into the sea, Pomorie has cool summers and mild winters. Before the sun rises, the air is saturated with ozone and negative ions, ultraviolet rays and iodine vapours, which has a healing effect on upper respiratory tract infections. The sand is rich in iron oxides and salts and, since it is heated up to 60° C, it is suitable for sunbathing. Water warms up to 20 – 28° C and is perfect for healing procedures for both children and adults.
